Policy Document
Affiliate Agreement
Effective date: 20 June 2026 · Applies to all Pure Peptides affiliate partners
1. Parties and Acceptance
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Calibre Labs LLC, operating under the trade name Pure Peptides (“Company”), and the individual or entity that submits an affiliate application (“Affiliate”). By submitting an application or using an affiliate referral link, the Affiliate agrees to be bound by this Agreement in full.
2. Research-Use Compliance — Core Obligation
All products sold by the Company are supplied exclusively as in-vitro laboratory research reagents. They are not approved for human or veterinary use by the FDA or any other regulatory body, and they are not intended for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purpose.
The Affiliate must ensure that every piece of content that mentions, links to, or promotes Pure Peptides products — including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, videos, emails, podcasts, and paid advertisements — complies with the following rules:
- Products must be described and presented solely as in-vitro laboratory research reagents for use by qualified researchers.
- The Affiliate must not imply, suggest, describe, or promote any human or veterinary use, self-administration, dosage, cycle, treatment protocol, or therapeutic outcome for any compound.
- The Affiliate must not make any claim — express or implied — that any product heals, treats, cures, repairs, prevents, or mitigates any disease, injury, or medical condition in humans or animals.
- The Affiliate must not use terms such as “fat burning,” “anti-aging,” “weight loss,” “muscle growth,” “cognitive enhancement,” “mood improvement,” or equivalent language in connection with any Pure Peptides product.
- The Affiliate must not reference or imply any human clinical trial results, approved-drug indications, or brand-name pharmaceutical equivalents as evidence of safety or efficacy for human use.
Content that violates these rules will result in immediate termination of the affiliate relationship and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, at the Company’s sole discretion.
3. FTC Endorsement Disclosure
The Affiliate must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to Pure Peptides in every piece of content in which a referral link appears or in which Pure Peptides products are discussed, in compliance with the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255).
Acceptable disclosure language includes, but is not limited to:
- “This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link, at no extra cost to you.”
- “[AD] / [Sponsored] — Affiliate link below.”
Disclosures must be placed prominently — not buried at the end of a post, hidden behind a “more” toggle, or obscured by formatting. For video content, disclosures must appear both in the video itself and in the description.
4. Commission Structure and Payments
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the net order value (excluding shipping and applicable taxes) of orders placed by referred customers within the 30-day cookie window.
Commissions are paid on confirmed, non-refunded orders only. Refunded or charged-back orders will result in a corresponding commission deduction. Payouts are processed on request once the account balance reaches the minimum threshold stated in the affiliate dashboard. Commission rates are subject to change with 14 days’ written notice.
5. Prohibited Promotional Practices
In addition to the research-use obligations in Section 2, the following promotional practices are prohibited:
- Bidding on Pure Peptides branded keywords in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, or equivalent) without prior written approval.
- Creating websites or social media accounts that could be mistaken for official Pure Peptides channels.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) containing affiliate links.
- Using cookie-stuffing, click-fraud, or any other technique to generate artificial traffic or commissions.
- Offering cashback, rebates, or side-payments to referred customers without prior written approval.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate immediately and without notice for breach of Section 2 (Research-Use Compliance), Section 3 (FTC Disclosure), or Section 5 (Prohibited Practices). Upon termination, the Affiliate’s access to the affiliate dashboard will be revoked. Any commissions accrued on confirmed, non-refunded orders prior to the termination date will be paid out at the next scheduled payment cycle, unless forfeited under Section 2.
7. Indemnification
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pure Peptides and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the Affiliate’s promotional content, breach of this Agreement, or violation of any applicable law or regulation, including FTC endorsement rules and FDA regulations governing the promotion of unapproved drug products.
8. Modifications
The Company may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. Affiliates will be notified of material changes by email to the address on file.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
