Dermal Peptide Research

Signal peptides for in-vitro dermal biology research, including Matrixyl, PAL-GHK, and SNAP-8.

Dermal research peptides are signal molecules studied for extracellular matrix maintenance, collagen synthesis, and skin barrier integrity. Matrixyl (Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4) is a matrikine derived from the type I collagen sequence KTTKS, studied for upregulation of collagen I, III, fibronectin, and hyaluronic acid in dermal fibroblasts. Pal-GHK is a palmitoylated copper-binding tripeptide investigated in wound healing and matrix remodelling pathways. SNAP-8 is an acetyl octapeptide targeting neuromuscular junction signalling at the dermal level.
