CJC-1295 without DAC, also referred to as Modified GRF(1-29) or Mod GRF(1-29), is a synthetic 29-amino acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). With the molecular formula C152H252N44O42 and a molecular weight of 3367.90 g/mol, CJC-1295 No DAC (CAS 863288-34-0) incorporates four amino acid substitutions at positions known to be vulnerable to enzymatic cleavage in native GHRH. Produced via solid-phase peptide synthesis, Modified GRF(1-29) acts at the GHRH receptor (GHRH-R).
CJC-1295 No DAC has been extensively investigated in preclinical neuroendocrine research as a stabilised GHRH analogue that retains a relatively short half-life compared to the DAC-conjugated variant. This pharmacokinetic profile has made Mod GRF(1-29) a key subject of preclinical interest in studies examining pulsatile GH release patterns, with its rapid-clearance kinetics characterised as consistent with episodic endogenous GHRH signalling dynamics. In vitro studies in rat anterior pituitary cell preparations have examined Modified GRF(1-29)’s binding characteristics and receptor activation kinetics at the GHRH-R, documenting adenylate cyclase stimulation and intracellular cAMP accumulation as primary readouts of GHRH-R engagement [1]. Rodent model studies have investigated CJC-1295 No DAC’s interaction with the somatotropic axis under both isolated and combination protocols, documenting GH secretion dynamics and the synergistic relationship between GHRH-R agonists and ghrelin-mimetic secretagogues such as GHRP-6 under controlled preclinical conditions [2].
CJC-1295 (No DAC) is manufactured in a cGMP compliant laboratory to a guaranteed purity of 98% or above. Every batch is independently tested using HPLC and MS-UPLC analysis before dispatch. Vials are vacuum sealed and stored in a temperature controlled, monitored cold storage system. Certificates of Analysis are available on request.
Sold strictly for in vitro research purposes only. Not for human consumption. Intended for use by qualified researchers in laboratory settings only.
